Once a website is up and running, it needs to be maintained and managed.
And, if the purpose of the site is to attract business from the Internet, then it requires more advanced management, plus marketing techniques need to be employed.

Ongoing Service
Inspired Web Presence has three packages of monthly, ongoing services for you to choose from. We designed them to cover whatever level of service you require. Make your choice below. (NOTE: detailed descriptions of each package will be posted here shortly.)

Payment Options
We make it easy for you with PayPal! Just click the 'Subscribe' button below the package of your choice, and you will be able to set up automatic monthly payments on your credit card or PayPal account. You will need a PayPal account to set up automatic billing.

If you would prefer to be invoiced monthly, rather than subsribed to automatic credit card payments, please contact us, and we will be happy to set that up for you.

Basic Website Management Package

  Includes:

	website hosting fee and one domain registration. Additional domain registrations will cost approximately $10 per year each.
	processing your domain and hosting renewals as they come due.
	unlimited updates and edits; i.e. adding or changing text, adding or changing photos and graphics. ***Please note; this does not include major design changes, or adding additional pages. Separate fees will apply. Rate Sheet available upon request.
	website maintenance; i.e. making sure everything keeps functioning as it should, and dealing with any technical issues that may arise.
	quarterly reports on all website maintenance and management activities performed. (note: these are not seo reports or analytics.)

FEE: $50 per month

Website Management and Marketing Package - Level I

  Includes: everything in the Basic Maintenance Package above, PLUS...

	keyword research to determine best keywords to optimize your site for the search engines.
	On-site and off-site search engine optimization.
	ongoing tweaking of the optimization elements on your site in response to performance in the search engines.
	creating site-maps, one each for Google and Yahoo, and submitting them to both.
	listing your site, over time, with various online directories, i.e. Canada 411, WebLocal, industry specific directories, etc.; keeping your listings up-to-date, maintaining files for access codes and logins.
	monthly reports for the first three months, then quarterly reports after that. Reports on: - keyword performance; which keywords your site is performing best with. - Google Page Rank - Google and Yahoo search positions; which pages your site is showing up on with the various keywords, and which pages of your site come up with each search term. - Website Analytics Reports; tells you how much traffic your site is getting, where the traffic is coming from, which pages are being visited and what country your visitors are from, and what websites are sending traffic to yours, etc. - quarterly reports on all management and marketing services performed.

 FEE: $100 per month

Website Management and Marketing Package - Level II

Includes: everything in both packages above, PLUS... 

	on-going search engine optimization; requires testing different keywords, tweaking the site with different headings, subheadings, text, text links, graphic names, page names, meta tags, adding pages and content, etc., with the purpose of achieving and maintaining first page placement on the search engine standings.
	various Internet marketing techniques; I will suggest, and implement, various on-line marketing strategies designed to increase traffic to your website, and ultimately to increase your sales. Some of the strategies available are: back-links, online coupons, article submission, press releases, blogs, videos, social media, etc. We may not employ all the strategies listed here. You will be able to pick and choose. Some strategies will require no extra charges to implement, and others may require a small investment.
	I may also, on occasion, offer up suggestions for off-line marketing strategies, the purpose of which would be to drive targeted traffic to your website.

FEE: $200 per month
